I started working for Georgia Pacific right out of college. HC was in charge of the Woodward at Columbia CNS where as a new Forester I ran the Scales. He taught me a lot about wood quality and unloading and storage of logs. I always appreciated the time he took to train me even though it was not his job. Rest in peace HC!
